I have the same problem as Dan:

Regarding the problem with Dan’s Mid-2011 MacBook Air not resuming a wi-fi connection after wake-from sleep, it seems this is related to absent bluetooth-paired peripherals. If the BT mouse and keyboard are out of range during wake-up, wi-fi will take a long time to connect (or fail to connect) unless it’s initiated manually.

Apple, please fix this.

Each ship has a generator capable of producing a fixed wattage, and everything you connect to it drains wattage. A cloaking field, for example, might require almost all the power from the generator, forcing you to turn off all computers and dim all lights in order to successfully cloak.

I saw the Family Guy episode The Juice Is Loose this morning. Not knowing the details about O. J. Simpson, I later browsed Wikipedia.

Verdict

An estimated 100 million people worldwide stopped what they were doing to watch or listen to the verdict announcement. Long-distance telephone call volume declined by 58% and trading volume on the New York Stock Exchange by 41%, water usage decreased as people avoided using bathrooms, and government officials postponed meetings. So much work stopped that the verdict cost an estimated $480 million in lost productivity.

Domino’s reported a large rise in pizza sales in the 15 minutes before the verdict. When the announcement began the orders stopped, however; “not a single pizza was ordered in the United States for five minutes between 1 o’clock and 1:05”, according to the chain.

As we all know, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty. But, I didn’t know (or had forgot) this

Jag är inne under “Köp & sälj aktier m.m.” och tittar på listan över aktier i min internetbank. Om jag “fäller ut” en aktie finns det en länk i nedre högra hörnet som heter “Detaljerat bolagsfakta”.

När jag klickar på den länken öppnas ett nytt fönster och min webbläsare varnar mig för att fortsätta. Något är fel med certifikatet.

Detta är EXTREMT dåligt för en bank. Det spelar ingen roll om det är en tredje part som strular. Banker får inte slarva med HTTPS.

Tidigare använde inte Skandiabankens Facebook-app HTTPS.

Uppdatering 2012-04-01 När jag postade detta mailade jag till Skandiabanken och påpekade detta. När jag kollade idag var det löst.
